It contains a 128K byteFLASH EPROM,1K bytes of on-chip RAM, four 8-bit bi-directional and bit-addressable I/O ports, an additional 4-bit port P4, three 16-bit timer/counters,a serial port,7-channel PWM and 4-channel 6-bit ADC, and is available in 44-pin PLCC,44-pin QFP,40-pin DIP package forms.
