Designed for the recent graduate, Driver Launch provides hands-on project experience in the three key aspects of construction through a career path rotation including project management, field management, and project estimating.Each rotation is designed as a six-month exposure to that facet of construction along with classroom training and industry tours that further augment and accelerate the learning.

DRIVE is a 12-month leadership development program with quarterly meetings. You will have access to key executives who will provide valuable insight into C.W. Driver Companies’ strategic direction and day-to day operations. The first quarterly session will provide a program overview and focus on self-awareness using 360 degree feedback and DISC assessment tools. The remaining sessions cover the main aspects of our business (operations, estimating, business development and finance) in detail including post-meeting assignments and group projects.
